Kevin started Tropical Breeze with a goal of bringing a new level of service to the pool maintenance industry. He held a variety of positions in telecommunications and banking that included marketing, sales, finance, and operations prior to starting Tropical Breeze. Additionally, he was a lifeguard for the City of Fort Lauderdale while in college, which started his formal training in pools. He has a finance degree from the University of Florida and received an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is married to Susan Baron, who is a high school reading teacher. Kevin and Susan jointly own Tropical Breeze. |
Shaney, Office Manager |
| Shaney joined Tropical Breeze in early 2009. Shaney coordinates office activities and marketing for the company. Shaney provided office management services in the construction industry prior to joining Tropical Breeze. |
Christy, Residential Service Technician |
| Christy joined Tropical Breeze in early 2007. Christy currently focuses on residential pool service, but has served in the capacity of office manager and interim-general manager. Prior to Tropical Breeze Christy worked in the pool service industry and was a stay-at-home mom. |
Adam, Repair Technician |
| Adam joined Tropical Breeze in mid-2007. Adam is trained on both commercial and residential pools and is our lead repair technician. He has served in the capacity of interim-general manager. Adam recently completed the Fire Academy. Prior to Tropical Breeze, Adam owned his own business selling pool tables. |
Tom, Commercial Service Technician |
| Tom joined Tropical Breeze in mid-2007. Tom is Tropical Breeze's lead commercial technician, servicing several hotels and apartments throughout Orange and Seminole Counties. Additionally, Tom helps with residential service and repairs. Prior to Tropical Breeze, Tom worked in the food service industry. |
George, Residential & Commercial Service Technician |
| George joined Tropical Breeze in late 2009. George focuses on residential and commercial pool service. Prior to Tropical Breeze, George managed a maintenance team for a high-end residential community. |

| Omar joined Tropical Breeze in 2010. Omar focuses on residential pool service in Seminole and Orange Counties. Prior to Tropical Breeze, Omar worked in the construction industry in New York state. |
Gary, Residential & Commercial Service Technician |
| Gary joined Tropical Breeze in 2010. He focuses on residential & commercial pool service and has over four years experience in the pool industry. Prior to joining Tropical Breeze, Gary worked with with one of Central Florida's top pool builders. |
Joseph, Residential Service Technician |
| Joseph joined Tropical Breeze in 2010. Joseph focuses on residential pool service and has several years experience in the pool industry. He recently moved to Central Florida from South Florida. |
