Inspiration for Tropical Breeze:
The pool service industry is fragmented, which has resulted in inconsistent and often unprofessional service. Tropical Breeze was founded in 2006 with the goal of building a professional service organization. We are service professionals that chose the pool industry because of the need for improved service. We currently have over 300 residential and commercial customers across Central Florida.

Safety
- Customers are notified of all activities conducted each visit (including chemical treatments) via door hangers (residential) or office visits (commercial).
- Pool technicians undergo months of on-the-job training and through state certification.
- Technicians are covered by worker’s compensation insurance and general liability insurance. (Insurance is not required for owner/operator companies)
Quality
- Stringent Quality Control - Employees are paid bonuses for passing quality control tests.
- Our pay is 20-25% more than our competition and we provide competitive benefits, which results in excellent employees.
- Customers have a set day and technician for each visit to ensure consistency.
- Verification of your technician's visit is completed via a door hanger (residential) and office visits (commercial).
Professionalism
- All technicians wear company shirts.
- Customer concerns are addressed 7 days per week.
- All major credit cards are accepted.
- Online bill pay and review.
- Technicians are employees, not contractors.
